Fargo Man Escapes From Central North Dakota Jail
A Fargo man has escaped from a central North Dakota jail.
The McLean County Sheriff’s Department says 35-year-old William Rawson was discovered missing around 6 a.m. from the Detention Center in Washburn.
Rawson was in custody for eluding law enforcement, possessing a stolen vehicle and reckless endangerment.
Authorities say he escaped by gaining access into an attic and then through the roof.
Rawson was arrested a few weeks ago after a high speed chase ended and he hid in a cornfield for eight hours.
