UPDATE: Name of UTV Driver Killed in Crash Released

UPDATE:  45-year-old Patrick Anderson of Hoffman, Minnesota was killed in the UTV crash.

A crash between a utility vehicle and a car has killed a man and injured three other people in Douglas County.

A 45-year-old man from Hoffman who was driving the utility vehicle was killed.

A 21-year-old Kensington man who was driving the car and two girls in his car, ages 11 and 13, were hurt.

Preliminary information from the Minnesota State Patrol indicates no one was wearing seat belts.

The crash happened last night just before 8 on Highway 55 in Douglas County.

The utility vehicle was headed southeast on the highway when it turned to go down a side road and crossed in front of the car.
