Rep. Kelly Armstrong of ND wins another term

BISMARCK, N.D. (KVRR) – CNN projects Republican North Dakota Congressman has beaten Independent former Miss America and Harvard Law graduate Cara Mund.

As of 9:50 PM, Armstrong had 113,041 votes to Mund’s 71,221 with 53 percent of precincts reporting. Armstrong will begin a third term in January.
