Sanford Children’s brings the spirit of Halloween to kids in the hospital
FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) – Sanford’s Backwards Hospital was a big hit for kids in their children hospital. As staff members dressed up in costumes and delivered non-edible treats for them.
“It’s pretty awesome. I get a little, I get teary eyed. It’s just an easy thing to do. To put a smile on someone else’s face.” said Dana Davis.
One of those kids is Addison Wosick. The ten-year-old didn’t think she would get to enjoy the holiday since she was in the hospital.
“It was really fun. A lot of different people come in with fun costumes. Very happy, I feel very special.” said Wosick.
Wosick dressed up as a nurse for Halloween this year and wants to be one when she grows up.
