We’ve got an adorable little snack for you this week. Rumaki joined us for Pet Connection from Cat’s Cradle Shelter.

Rumaki was found in an industrial site in poor health. But some antibiotics, food and TLC brought him back. He’s a healthy 10 or 11-week-old kitten now. He has one more vet checkup before he can be cleared for adoption. He’s expected to officially become available shortly before Christmas.

Rumaki is a cuddler. They say he’s like Velcro. Once he warms up to a person, he clings to them.

He’s a very eager eater. Rumaki doesn’t turn his nose up at much food. He can do well in a home with well-behaved children and/or a dog, but he’s not a fan of too many pooches.

Cats have a reputation for being independent. If you want a soft, lovable furball who wants you to smother him with love, Rumaki is your boy.
