Evansville woman seriously injured in Otter Tail County crash

An Evansville, Minnesota woman has life-threatening injuries after a crash in Otter Tail County

OTTER TAIL COUNTY, Minn. (KVRR) – An Evansville, Minnesota woman is recovering in the hospital with serious injuries following a crash just south of Ottertail, Minnesota.

The Minnesota State Patrol says the crash happened shortly before midnight Wednesday on Highway 78 and Highway 108.

A Ford Expedition veered off the road at a curve, crashed into a driveway approach and vaulted.

The driver, 48-year-old Tonya Willprecht, was taken to Sanford.

A sister-in-law says Willprecht is conscious and has a broken back, shattered pelvis and punctured lung.
