FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) —  Two former bouncers at Old Broadway in downtown Fargo are sentenced for an assault outside the bar last July.

Jalal Buckner of Fargo pleaded guilty to accomplice to aggravated assault.

A charge of aggravated assault was dismissed.

The judge sentenced Buckner to year one in jail and two years of probation.

Jeremy Dalton of West Fargo plead guilty to aggravated assault while a charge of conspiracy to commit aggravated assault was dropped.

The judge sentenced Dalton to 180 days in jail and two years of probation.

Colton Nobles of Red Lake Falls, Minnesota alleges that Dalton, also known as Maddmaxx, punched him in the face causing him to fall backwards, hitting his head on the concrete and knocking him unconscious.

He says Buckner then kicked him in the head.

Nobles filed a personal injury lawsuit against Old Broadway last October seeking $50,000 in damages.
