Watch: Driver sought following high-speed chase in Dilworth, Moorhead

DILWORTH, Minn. (KVRR) – Dilworth police are searching for an SUV driver involved in a high-speed chase that startled residents in Moorhead late Saturday.

Police Chief Hunter Rawson says an officer attempted to stop the vehicle with no license plates near the Dilworth Walmart.

The driver took off through a residential area on 4th Ave. North in Moorhead. The pursuit was eventually terminated.

Rawson says the vehicle is believed to be a Range Rover or something similar.

Moorhead police say they were aware of the pursuit, but did not participate because it didn’t meet the threshold of their pursuit policy.
