Crowd Management Training Exercise Planned This Evening in Downtown Fargo

FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — Fargo Police are conducting another training exercise in downtown Fargo this time involving its Crowd Management Team.

The exercise is from 5-8 p.m. in the 300 block of 4th Street North.

Members may be seen carrying firearms and moving around the exterior of a building.

No live rounds will be used during the training exercise.

People in the area can expect to hear loud noises and yelling and see several police vehicles with activated emergency lights.

There is no safety concern for the public.

The training exercise and is not open to the media or general public.
