Minnesota BCA Alert Issued For Teen Last Seen in Moorhead on Monday

MOORHEAD, Minn. (KVRR) — A Minnesota BCA alert has been issued as Moorhead Police continue to search for 19-year-old Arthur Wiebe.

He walked away from his family’s shop in the 4100 block of 34th Avenue South in Moorhead on Monday around 10 p.m.

He has not been seen or heard from since.

Police say he may have been attempting to return to his Hunter, North Dakota residence but needed to seek shelter due to the rainstorm.

Arthur does not have a cell phone, access to a vehicle or credit/debit cards.

He may have had a small amount of cash when he went missing.

He was last seen wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt with black near the shoulder, gray pants and darker colored shoes.

Residents and businesses in the area are asked to check their property and any video footage they may have.

Arthur is a white male, 5’8, 140 lbs, with blonde hair and blue eyes.
