Liquor Control Board to discuss over-serving complaint at Duffy’s

FARGO (KVRR) – The Fargo Liquor Control Board will hold a special meeting next month to discuss an over-serving complaint.

Duffy’s Tavern is accused of serving an “obviously intoxicated or impaired” person. Fargo Police were called to the establishment on May 4.

KVRR News requested a copy of the complaint, but so far, details have not been released.

The special meeting takes place Aug.15 at Fargo City Hall.

A Duffy’s representative was not available for immediate comment.
