Structure Fire in West Fargo

The garage in question appeared to be unoccupied, but the damage to the structure was still severe.

WEST FARGO, N.D. – A garage in West Fargo has been ravaged by fire – just one evening after a home in Fargo was similarly damaged.

Just after 5 P.M. on Saturday, December 14, the West Fargo Fire Department was dispatched to the 500 block of 17th Street E. following reports of a structure fire.

Crews noticed smoke and flames coming from the attached garage of a residence. They were able to quickly contain the fire an prevent it from spreading to the rest of the home.

The garage sustained what was termed “major” damage by WFFD. No-one was injured in this incident, and it remains under investigation.
