Three-Day Tobacco License Suspension For A Fargo Casey’s, Four Businesses Fined

FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — You won’t be able to buy cigarettes at Casey’s at 301 10th Street North in Fargo until Thursday.

The store was hit with a three-day tobacco license suspension by the city for selling tobacco products to minors.

It started Monday at 10 a.m. and goes until Thursday at 10 a.m.

It was the second offense in the last year for that Casey’s.

Three other businesses were given a one-year probation including Casey’s at 3545 25th Street South,

Brake Time 702 on North University Drive and Smokes 4 Less on 45th Street South.

All four businesses were also hit with a $500 fine.

The compliance checks were conducted on November 15 by Fargo Cass Public Health and a hearing was held last Friday.
