The Silver Lining Creamery Re-Opens With New Promises to Customers

Ownership outlined their goals for 2025 in a Facebook post earlier this week.

FARGO, N.D. – A popular downtown Fargo ice cream parlor is re-opening with some big guarantees to its clientele.

The Silver Lining Creamery on Broadway has been on winter break since January 11.

They’ll re-open on Saturday morning for National Ice Cream for Breakfast Day.

They are pledging that in 2025 they will not add any artificial dyes to their products – instead achieving color through natural ingredients like beets or spirulina – and that they will not increase prices at all for the entire year.

Owner Michelle Pulling says that these decisions are representative of Silver Lining’s dedication to its customers.

“As a mom, as a grandma, as a community member, as a family – health is really important,” Pulling explained.

“So we wanted to look at how we could kind of go in that direction a little bit more. We’re always trying to elevate our product.”

The shop is going to have numerous specials for Ice Cream for Breakfast Day on Saturday including a donut sundae created in partnership with Sandy’s Donuts.
