LIVE: Wild About Spring
FARGO — When spring finally hits here in the upper Midwest we’re usually more than ready to cut loose and get a little wild.
And this weekend, they’ve got all the things you need to launch yourself into outdoor recreation season at the annual Sportsmen’s Show at the Fargodome.
Not only do they have the ever-popular trout pond back so you and your little ones can get some fly casting practice in before the ice is off the lakes and rivers, they’ve also got fishing seminars, boats, RVs and other gear on display and ready to go home with you, and distributors for vacations and other camping and fishing getaways.
And for those of you who really want to get up close and personal with the wilder side of spring, they’ve got Cool Zoo animal encounters where you can learn about and interact with American alligators, sloths, teacup piglets, snakes, chameleons, and other reptiles you may not even have heard of yet.
Cool Zoo’s Cowboy Jim and event organizer Barry Cenaiko joined the Morning Show to introduce their beautiful and fascinating menagerie of animals and show us what you can learn, see and experience this weekend at the Fargodome.
