Crews working hard to complete construction on 32nd Avenue South in Fargo

FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — The City of Fargo is currently on track with the second phase of its reconstruction of 32nd Avenue South.

The public was invited to share their concerns and ask questions about the ongoing project.

Currently, the project this year is focused on the streets between 22nd Street South and 15th Street South.

Several businesses are on the block of the construction, but the company says that they have not had any problems.

Dakota Underground Company’s Jared Heller says, “Things are progressing fairly well within that first phase. We’re happy with it, the concrete paving has been going well. We’ve had good weather with that and we’ve had some opportunities to do some paving on the weekends to kind of speed things up. So, we’ve been doing everything we can do to get it open as soon as we can.”

Parts of the project are estimated to be complete as early as the end of the month.
