UPDATE: Police detain suspect in reported downtown Fargo bank robbery

FARGO (KVRR) – Fargo police say they have detained a suspect for a reported robbery at a Wells Fargo bank in downtown Fargo Friday.

Lt. Matt Christensen says Fargo Police responded to the robbery at 406 Main Ave. shortly after 1:30 p.m.

A spokesperson for the department says the investigation is ongoing and more information will be provided as it comes available.
