Illegal Immigrant arrested in Fargo

FARGO, N.D. (KFGO) — Border Patrol Agents, ICE and Enforcement Removal Officers arrested an illegal immigrant from Mexico in Fargo on Monday who had a protection-restraining order against him.

The Border Patrol-Grand Forks sector says the man resisted arrest and assaulted one of the officers.

The arrest report has been sent to the US Attorney’s Office. He could be deported.
