Levi Larteh waives extradition back to Cass County to face murder charges

MOORHEAD, Minn. (KVRR) — An extradition hearing is held in Clay County Court in Moorhead for the Fargo man accused of fatally shooting another man on Monday night.
26-year-old Levi Larteh has agreed to be moved to Cass County Jail and face charges of murder and reckless endangerment.
Larteh is accused of shooting and killing 28-year-old Nadin Khoury in his apartment building at 2714 41st Street South.
Police say the men knew each other.
He was arrested the next morning at a gas station in Barnesville by the Clay County Sheriff’s Office.
