Target celebrates 10th year of its Car Seat Trade-In event

FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — Target’s bi-annual Car Seat Trade-In event returns this month.

You can drop off your old car seat in the designated box at your nearby Target starting April 19.

Scan the barcode on the box, then tap “Add to Target Circle Bonus” to get 20 percent off on a new baby gear purchase.

The bonus will show up in your wallet in the Target app.

The company is celebrating the 10th year of the trade in event and says it has kept 58 million pounds of materials out of landfills.

It runs through May 2.
