Juvenile arrested after stolen vehicle crashes in West Fargo

WEST FARGO, N.D. (KFGO) – West Fargo Police are investigating reports of a single vehicle crash.

Around 5:30 a.m., officers discovered a vehicle struck a tree and witnesses say a group of juveniles fled the scene. Officers were able to find the juveniles after searching the area near the crash.

Officers discovered the crashed vehicle was reported as stolen from the City of Fargo. One juvenile also tried to hide a gun in a nearby dumpster. The gun was secured by officers on the scene.

One juvenile was sent to juvenile court for charges and was transported to West Central Regional Juvenile Detention Center.
