High risk sex offender registers address in Fargo

FARGO — The Fargo Police Department sent out a notification to the public that a high risk sex offender registered his address at 1310 11th Street N. in Fargo.

Shondo Gordon Billie, 44, was registered as a high risk offender after he was convicted of sexual abuse of a minor and four counts of aggravated sexual abuse of a minor in North Dakota’s U.S. Federal Court in 2005.

The victim was a seven-year-old boy.

Billie is described as being 6 feet, 1 inch tall, weighing 235 lbs., with brown eyes, and black hair. He is a lifetime registrant.
