High risk sex offender registers address at 214 23rd St. S. in Fargo

FARGO — The Fargo Police Department is notifying the public that a high risk sex offender registered an address in Fargo.

Terry Lee Kern, 66, registered his address as 214 23rd Street S. In 2023, he was convicted of gross sexual imposition in Cass County District Court. The victim was a 41 year old woman.

Kern is described as being Five feet, eight inches tall, with brown eyes, and black hair.

He is a lifetime registrant.
