Attorneys for Alfonso Rodriguez Jr. Accuse Jury of Possible Misconduct

Attorneys for Alfonso Rodriguez, Jr. are questioning witnesses about allegations of juror misconduct.

Rodriguez was sentenced to death in 2006 for the kidnapping and murder of UND student Dru Sjodin in 2003.

During a court hearing this morning in Fargo, attorneys questioned juror Rebecca Vettel, asking her about influencing other jurors.

It was established she had a history working with kids who dealt with emotional abuse, and she also had history with abusive relationships.

The case is expected to continue through the week.
