Moore Engineering Donates to Churches United for the Homeless

The donation was made in advance of Giving Hearts Day

MOORHEAD, Minn. — Moore engineering is doing its part in preparation for Giving Hearts Day by donating to Churches United for the Homeless.

The company visited the Moorhead location to hand deliver a check totaling $11,880. The money was raised by Moore Engineering’s employees and then matched by the company.

Donating to a worthy cause is an annual thing for Moore Engineering, as they recognize the importance of giving to those in their community who are in need.

“Given our brutal winters and the cold weather, it really just brings it home of really a need that is impactful to this community and to these people,” Moore Engineering President Kevin Bucholz said. “So just our little bit of giving can help them and those families and those people get back on their feet, it is real critical to us.”

This donation will help the over 450 people that Churches United serves daily.
