Retrial Date Set for Fargo Man Accused of Murder

The retrial of Fargo man charged with the murder of his roommate and cousin is set for September 15.

A mistrial was declared in the case of Christopher Hampton when the jury could not come to an agreement.

Prosecutors say Hampton shot and killed Randall Doehner at their north Fargo home last summer.

Hampton remains in jail.
