California Man Pleads Guilty in Grand Forks Drug Mail

A guilty plea in federal court from a San Jose, California man accused of dealing large quantities of meth in North Dakota.

Victor Pacheco is charged with possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance and faces life in prison.

Authorities say they were tipped off by an informant that Pacheco was mailing packages of meth to Grand Forks.
