More Charges for Man Shot by Fargo Police in Howard Johnson Robbery
An Iowa man accused of robbing the downtown Fargo Howard Johnson’s is facing additional charges.
A federal grand jury has returned a five-count indictment against Eric Webb.
He is charged with armed robbery, using a firearm during a crime of violence and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
Webb was shot by a Fargo police officer shortly after the hold-up and spent weeks in a hospital before he was transferred to the Cass County jail.
He’s scheduled to appear tomorrow in federal court in Fargo.
