Final Donations Counted: Team Law Wins Battle of Badges

The law has bragging rights in the latest Battle of the Badges blood drive at West Acres.

Team Law had 319 donors compared to Team Fire with 310 donors.

The Fargo fire and law enforcement departments went head to head all week long during the 9th annual blood drive.

It is the largest of its kind in North Dakota.

United Blood Services representatives say blood donations typically fall in the summer months but the need for blood never goes away.

Those how donated got a free t-shirt and an entry into a trip for two to Hawaii.
