No Injuries in BNSF Oil Train Derailment in Montana
Another oil train derails in northeast Montana, triggering evacuations.
Only two BNSF cars remained upright after the derailment around 6 o’clock last night in a rural area east of Culbertson, near the North Dakota border.
Three rail cars leaked crude oil from the Bakken.
There is no estimate of how much oil spilled or what caused 21 cars from the 106-car train to derail.
The spill has been contained.
No fire or injuries have been reported.
