Construction Causing Backed-Up Frustration on I-29
Traffic has slowed to a snail’s pace on the I-29 north on ramp from I-94 in Fargo.
Vehicles are backed-up in that area after crews reduced the number of lanes.
The traffic congestion will be around for a few months.
Work is underway on the I-29 concrete pavement repair project.
It runs 12-miles, all the way from Main Avenue in Fargo, south to the Wild Rice Bridge at the Davenport interchange.
The 2.8 million dollar project is expected to be finished in September.
