Fargo Doctor Now Suing Ex-Wife for Malpractice Suit

A two-week trial is set to start July 20 as Dr. Jon Norberg countersues his ex-wife after her medical malpractice suit against him was dismissed.

Norberg’s ex-wife, Alonna, accused him of giving her a powerful anesthetic without her consent.

Jon  Norberg said she made up the allegations to help in the divorce and child custody case.

He was acquitted in 2012 of drugging and raping Alonna.

The state Supreme Court also awarded custody of the couple’s three children to Jon Norberg.
