Woman Hit While Walking Thursday in Wahpeton Dies From Her Injuries, Charges Upgraded

WAHPETON, N.D. (KVRR/KFGO) —  A woman hit by a pickup while walking Thursday night in Wahpeton has died from her injuries and charges against the driver have been upgraded.
