UPDATE: The Grand Forks Police Department has identified the man in the crash as 26-year-old Joel Schram of Manvel, North Dakota. Police say Schram did not appear to have been using a seat belt. CARRINGTON, N.D. — Three children died in an accidental mobile home fire in Carrington according to authorities. Foster County Sheriff Ian Mattice said Dawn and Brandon Tufte lost their three children in the fire. Carrington Fire Chief Ken Wangen said three other people managed to escape the fire alive.
