JAMESTOWN, N.D. (KFGO/KVRR) — Jamestown Police Chief Scott Edinger was assaulted following a pursuit Tuesday. 42-year-old Jeremiah Mihulka of rural Stutsman County is facing 13 charges including fleeing, reckless driving, resisting arrest and others.
