LAMOURE CO., N.D. (KVRR/AP) — An Ogema, Minnesota man remains behind bars in LaMoure County, North Dakota for a suspected kidnapping. Charges pending against Ryan Degroat include kidnapping, felonious restraint and terrorizing.
