Head-On Crash In Pelican Rapids Injures Five

A head-on crash leaves five people injured in Otter Tail County.

A GMC Sierra was heading eastbound on Highway 108 just west of Pelican Rapids around 7 Friday night. A Chevy Impala driving west lost control and ended up in the eastbound lanes.

The GMC swerved to avoid the car but slammed into the driver’s side.

Everyone involved in the crash was under the age of 30. All of the injuries are non life threatening.
