Beloved TV Dad, Actor Alan Thicke Dies
Shocking news for fans of the ’80’s sitcom “Growing Pains”.
TMZ is reporting that Alan Thicke, who played Mike Seaver on the show, has died at the age of 69.
TMZ says Thicke was playing hockey with his 19-year-old son, Carter, and suffered a heart attack.
He is survived by three sons, Robin, Brennan and Carter and his wife, Tanya.
The Canadian born actor was most recently on the Netflix reboot, “Fuller House”.
He also recently appeared in his own reality show.
