Two Wanted DAPL Protesters Turn Themselves In

Two pipeline protesters wanted for committing crimes back in October have turned themselves in.

Michael Fasig of Minnesota and Israel Hernandez of New York are accused of reckless endangerment for ramming a truck, creating a substantial risk of serious bodily injury.

It happened during a protest at the Backwater Bridge on October 27.

Law enforcement has arrested 571 protesters since August.
