Man Arrested After Crash in Moorhead

Berghorst was trapped in the vehicle when emergency crews arrived on scene

MOORHEAD, Minn. — Moorhead Police arrest a man after responding to a rollover in a south Moorhead neighborhood.

Authorities say 32-year-old Corey Berghorst of Moorhead was driving in the 3300 block of Village Green Drive around 11 o’clock Sunday night when he struck a tree and rolled his vehicle.

One caller reported the vehicle was on fire.

Berghorst was trapped in the vehicle when emergency crews arrived on scene.

He was taken to Essentia Hospital and later booked into the Clay County Jail for DWI and careless driving.
