LIVE: Pet Connection: Meet Bonnie June

MOORHEAD — Bonnie June is as sweet as her name, and has the energy level of a dog less than half her age.

Volunteers for 4 Luv of Dog don’t know how this sweet nine-year-old senior managed to land in the pound without any people, but that’s where they found her, and she’s been at the shelter now for about a month.

Bonnie is spayed, vaccinated, chipped, and happy to see everyone.

She doesn’t do well with cats, but she loves humans, and she’s eager to show off her great leash and sit skills.

She’s also eligible for their Seniors for Seniors program, where, if you’re a senior like her, you can come in to apply and get a significant discount on adoption fees.
