West Fargo Dog Gets A New Home

A dog that was abandoned by its owner in West Fargo has a new home.

Homeward Animal Shelter shared a photo on their Facebook page of Serrano and his new parent Cole.

West Fargo police released a video earlier this week that showed a woman pulling over letting her dog out of the car and immediately driving away. Once the video was posted by several media outlets, the woman turned herself in to police.
