Accused NDSU Attacker in Court

The case of a man accused of attacking three NDSU students has been delayed.

At a hearing at the Cass County Courthouse, Stanley Busche’s attorney asked for a continuance to do more investigation into the case.

Busche is facing charges of raping two international NDSU students and attempting to rape a third student.

He has had previous convictions including one involving stolen undergarments from a sorority in 1997.

Busche will return to court in April.
