Alcohol-Related Crash Turns Fatal

One man is dead after an alcohol-related crash in Barnes County. Saturday night around 8:45 a Chevy Silverado with one passenger was driving on Highway 26 just east of Dazey.

For an unknown reason the driver lost control, entered a ditch and rolled over. The passenger was ejected from the car and died on the scene. Neither of them were wearing seat belts.

The driver is being charged with a DUI. Both names have yet to be released.
