State Issues Corrective Orders To Day Care
The state has issued corrective orders to a day care facility after two 4-year-old boys nearly drowned.
The boys were on a field trip with Sunrise-Sunset preschool and childcare of West Fargo in November when they were pulled from the deep end of a pool. CPR had to be performed on the children and they were taken to the hospital.
Investigators say the day care had four employees at the pool, but supervision was not adequate. The boys have returned to the day care.
