West Fargo Man Arrested for Murder of Woman

WEST FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — A West Fargo man, 31-year-old Spencer Moen, is arrested for murder.

Officers responded to a medical emergency around 7:30 Thursday morning in the 1100 block of Eaglewood Avenue West.

They arrived to find a woman dead inside the home.

Evidence at the scene resulted in the arrest of Moen for murder.

He is currently being held in the Cass County Jail.

The victim’s identity is being withheld.

Chief Denis Otterness says “this is an isolated incident and there is no further threat to the public.”

The case has been referred to the Cass County State’s Attorney’s Office.

The investigation is ongoing and the department says no further comment is available at this time.
