Fergus Falls Man Sentenced To Prison For His Role in Drug Overdose Case

FERGUS FALLS, Minn. (KVRR/KFGO) — A Fergus Falls man is sentenced to over 6 years in prison after pleading guilty to 3rd Degree Murder.

23-year-old Frankie Reed III admitted to selling M30 pills to Matthew Millsop who died of an overdose in March 2023 at a transitional housing facility.

According to Reed, he had purchased the pills in Fargo and brought them to Fergus Falls with the sole intent to sell them to Millsop.

The autopsy report Millsop’s said cause of death was Fentanyl toxicity.
