FARGO (KVRR/KFGO) – A Fargo man who stole multiple items, including vehicles, from a West Fargo auto shop will spend the next three years on supervised probation.

Justin Rodriguez was arrested in September after he broke into a shop on Center Street wearing a mask and dark clothing.

Court records say Rodriguez and another person stole three vehicles, seven sets of keys, five car batteries, check blanks, and a diagnostic scanner.

Officers with the Metro Street Crimes Unit arrested Rodriguez in Fargo. He was found with some of the stolen items as well as a crow bar used to break into the shop, and a jacket and mask that matched the ones worn by one of the suspects.

Rodriguez pleaded guilty Monday.

A judge sentenced him to five years in prison with credit for time served and suspended the sentence while he is on probation.
