Grand Forks County couple accused of child neglect after two young kids test positive for drugs

GRAND FORKS CO., N.D. (KVRR/KFGO) — A Grand Forks County couple is charged with child neglect after their one-year-old tested positive for cocaine and marijuana.

According to court records, Erik and Samantha Graham were visited by Grand Forks County Human Services in February.

During the visit, officials became concerned with the well-being of the Grahams’ six kids, who were eventually removed from the home.

A 10-year-old and a 1-year-old both tested positive for marijuana.

The one-year-old also tested positive for cocaine.
