Skulltastic Book Fair Brings Childhood Fun to Grown-Ups
There were kids' reading sessions to include the little ones as well.
FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) – People looking to experience a bit of nostalgia turned out in massive numbers for a unique event at Drekker Brewing Company.
The adult book fair began in Drekker’s tap room at 10 A.M. on July 13 and saw a steady stream of customers.
Moorhead bookstore More Than Words was in charge of curating the selection, bringing out book fair favorites like erasers, stickers, and book series like Goosebumps and Nancy Drew.
Event staff said the positive energy was infectious.
“It is such a good feeling to see so many people here so excited about books,” said the owner of More Than Words, Sydni Kreps.
“It’s really fun to kind of share in that excitement, and all the nostalgia, and I think it’s great.”
